In-Home Training Overview

If you would like to work one-on-one with a trainer in the comfort of your own home, or our in-home training service may be the right choice for you. Our personal trainers are master level instructors that are required to hold multiple certifications and commit to a rigorous course of continuing education. Many tend to be subject-matter experts that also write for nationally accredited certification programs. Whatever your fitness goals, our trainers are well equipped to help you achieve the results you are working towards.

About In-Home Training

Just because you are working in the comfort of your own home please do not think that you will be ‘comfortable’. You will be constantly challenged through a progressive program to ensure that you avoid the effects of plateauing. You will learn correct form and proper technique to ensure that you not only feel more powerful but you are empowered to push through and achieve more. You can either work directly with a Next Level Speed Principal, an Exercise Science Coach or a Master level trainer. All our trainers are well equipped to work with every type of client, however the Principals and Exercise Science Coaches have the greatest level of experience.

After your initial consultation with a Next Level Speed principal to review your goals, schedule and any other unique circumstances, we will review your requirements with our team to match you with a trainer. Your trainer will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule your first session. During this session, you will undergo a functional and performance evaluation that will help your trainer and our team devise a program to fit your needs. You will be challenged during each session and together with your trainer you will achieve the results you are seeking.

Rates & Policies

To maximize the benefits of one on one in-home training we require that clients purchase packages of sessions, no less than 10 sessions at a time, with the goal of no less than 2 sessions a week, preferably 3 to 5 times a week. From our experience, this kind of schedule ensures that each client can attain their goals.

Please take into consideration that our trainers may have more than one client during any given day and we ask that you are sensitive to their schedules. If you need to reschedule for a later time in the day or a different day, please let us know within 48 hours and we will do our very best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel a session altogether, please let us know within 24 hours. Additionally, please be prepared to work out by wearing the proper attire.
